Great place for yoga and Meditation! Guru yogi mani is realy a great and charismatic teacher and can help you understand many things we westerners dont unterstand. Go there! I had a mindopening time and hope to come back!

Shyju was excellent - he seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I found the whole experience extremely relaxing and the reflexology was great. I had the hot oils flowing over my head for almost an hour whilst he explained the reasoning behind it and the effects it should have. I’d recommend to anyone

Had an ayurveda consultation here. Price was very reasonable for how long the doctor spent counseling me. She answered all my questions and I was able to leave with one of the treatments I was looking for. The other they didn't have in stock but told me they would text me the name so I could find it online

The staff is super friendly kind and knowledgeable. The yoga guru mani yogi is a unique person who understands how to make yoga work for you. He customized the yoga poses that are particular to your needs. He also knows how to make yoga fun and dynamic it is not the quiet some people consider boring. He also understands and can teach you about Ayurvedic energy points called Marmas

I was joining the drop in yoga class given by Neha, a yoga and reiki teacher from Delhi. She is absolutely amazing. Very patient and supporting. So even for beginners it‘s no problem at all to practice with her. I went to the morning classes and really felt quite relaxed afterwards
