Horrible experience. Would've given minus stars if it was possible. The owner is so arrogant. First of all took almost a month for 2 teas to come, upon that they sent the wrong flavour! He expects the customer to take up any issue with the courier person. I have a business myself, and I've never seen such horrible customer service from anyone. Stay away from ordering! Will only be a headache to follow up
