Most unprofessional and ill mannered staff. They don't have value of their own words. First they called me that iPhone is available. When I went there, they told me that it's not available. But available with iPhone insurance(7000) only. No any other seller has such condition. They always greedy for money. I hope google help to give not even a single star for such double face peoples.

As always experienced the high pricing from them. Once again I visited and they asked me 2900 rupees for the 20W C port adapter. They didn't know that I already checked the pricing on apple's official site. The same adapter is available in 1900 rupees only on the apple's official website. Pluton guys were not admitting and when I showed them the real pricing on website then they felt ashamed. Reply to your Response: By the time you quoted me the overprice means you planned to charge that, and that's my sense which saved me. I didn't ask for the adapter, that's you who yourself mentioned about the fast charger and the rate. I came for the new iPhone not for adapter. So don't act innocent by saying you don't have that in stock. And those all 5 star reviews are fake. As I visited to your store on 29th October to see the iPhone 12. But it wasn't available at display. So i didn't buy anything and even didn't saw the iPhone 12 but Miss kanchan at the store asked me to write 5 star review. And then she captured the picture of my phone to show that to her boss. I hope you would find it more appropriate review now.

**REAL REVIEW** First of all they have all reviews fake as they ask customers or normal walk-in person to put write good reviews for them. They ask to give 5star only. They are the most unprofessional guys I have found till now on any apple store. They always give higher price for everything as compared to other authorised seller in the trycity. They forced to buy iPhone insurance while any other seller is not asking. Just don’t fall in their trap and compare the price with other sellers in trycity. You will get good price.
