The worst thing is zoomcar. No important details or description is given to the customer prior booking. Even if details are coming, it's in mail that are really important in customer perspective. Also all stupid and their business offer will come so many of times in messages. We have not been told about overspeeding while travelling out of the city and occured 2500 as charges which is again over and above government charges for overspeeding (RS 1500) We just touched the speed of 125km/hour being in highway and getting late because of zoomcar delivery, they instantly charged 2500 from 5000 of security deposit. That is also their business more of a earning source. Car was not so clean as expected but we compromised on that part. No body told us we can claim for that even as per their policies. OLA/UBER/TAXIES are far far better than this flop zoomcar. Worst experience and also the last experience is zoomcar.

The place is not easily accessible and visible from the main road. The pin is marked at an incorrect location. Once you are within 1km of the pin, call the zoomcar help to get the exact direction.
0 Stars. Worst service I have ever seem. Nobody from the company is there while giving or submitting the car to check the damages. After 1 day they deduct your advance amount with false claims of damaging the car. Worst customer support when you to want to resolve your issue. It takes days from their end to reply to your mails. Never pay advance amount to them. Will never use this service and recommend everyone not to use it.
All types of new cars are available in zoom self drive cars, they will deliver to ur address, prices are different from one day, if u want to enjoy journey to feel like our journey it is best option for people who want to enjoy with friends with driver and feel like own car is best option. they will charge amount different based on vehicle if u booked small car for 4 people u will charge based on those car nd big cars like innova or scorpio they Have huge amount for one day.
