Gurugram city is of theifs.. shop keepers here bloody think they can charge anything to anyone & people would just give since people don't have time here.. very bad.. I gave 500 just to get battery nuts tighten up.. if these people are send to Delhi they won't be able to live in that competition.. coz of such people I regreat shifting to gurugram from Delhi.. pathetic workshop .. don't ever go

I went there today to get my car washed. Met a guy named Atul. He asked for 500 for full body wash which was just the twice of what I regularily pay at other workshops but due to urgency & lack of options I negotiated it to 400. Worst thing came when I returned to get my vehicle back. They did not clean the engine part at all. There was mud all over the engine & other machinery. I was very angry when I got to know that they hadn’t cleaned the bottom part of the car. On my argument they cleaned the engine part a little bit. When I said that after this service even 400 looks unjustified, then that guy Atul told me to not come again for any service. Very bad customer experience. Arrogant behaviour. Do not go to that ridiculous place unless you don’t care for your money & vehicle.

Asks for repaint for even dry dent jobs. Not very skilled in denting painting. Got a dry dent in 250 from a denting painting shop for which they were saying full repaint will be required. Went to a professional denting painting shop in sec 57 which was charging half of their cost for repaint and had 3x more cars. On top of that owner was rude in even looking at dent properly.
