Pathetic service done by showroom for my New vehicle Xtreme 160R yesterday.. Engine Oil has been refilled than required level and Handle bar had become too much tight to rotate and also Lubricant oil has been put on disc pads due to which brakes are not being applied properly..Chain has been fit too tight..None of the things have been done correctly during service..Poor experience being an authorized Hero showroom and that for a Brand new vehicle..Not at all Happy.. When I called up showroom to give feedback and started sharing the mistakes done immediately they have disconnected my call..

Their service is worst. Taking money for unnecessary parts saying that old parts have depreciated and asking to get new parts and making bill. This people steal. Petrol from ur bikes when u give for service. Their management also never bothers.

I did not like my bike servicing here. I felt it got bad after comming here. Engine was creating some noise and brakes were too tight & different, and my rides are not so smooth
