These guys also book and deliver gas from customers account without customers knowledge to make money. It has happened with me twice. If a customers account has less consumption then Mukta gas agency books and sells it to other customers for more money. This is a type of crime and they have been doing it from my account. I warned them...but still they did it today. So all of you please be aware of this. The delivery guys are prompt with delivery well mannered and polite. but this type of stealing a customers id and booking it for another customer is a crime they are practicing from their booking office in Bhoomi Park

Staff is very busy in their work. I know about work pressure. But staff need to give some attention at customer. They have solve their queries and requirements. Also pay attention to new customers. New customers are not beggers. They need your services. Please help out people with smile.

Customer service is very bad and here delivery boys take 20 rs per cylinder and this service centre is not providing slip (pauti) in chawl area and after complaining he is not take any action for stop this curreption.

Their service is very perthatic we booked celender since 1 week by mane of zakir Shaikh but still didn't recieve & as well customer service no is switched off since a long time. Where we can contact for complaint raising. Not happy with service
