suzuki itself is a very company when dealt with 2 wheelers , they even don't take feedback . Service Quality is OK type. As no other option is available in Bhubaneswar , has to ge here. But SUZUKI bikes are really pathetic.

They don't have accessories and if you take authorised ones from other suzuki they can break it... I've faced this so beware! They're rough with your bike so please don't either see your bike while being serviced or don't take your bike there if you love your bike like your son!
