I have come here to get my sound sport repaired or replaced. I have never seen a place which is not even offering seating space. Its understood that die to the current times they can't make people sit inside the store but the stores adjacent to them have made arrangements so the clients dont stand in the heat. For having invested in a brand like bose that's the least customer service one can expect. We all have been standing for more than half an hour. The directions to reach here were hard as it is secluded and behind a god foresaken place and I don't know what kind of service I would be given. It is such a shame.

I loved it! I went in with my 9 months old Bose QC 35 ii with a slight crackling sound when putting them in the pairing mode. They just sent me back with a new pair of unopened headphones. Just wanted to rant out of excitement and praise this awesome company! Sony sends you back with the broken headphones

This shop is closed since couple weeks ago. I came here on a two hours drive and found that it’s closed. Seems like there are no Bose service Centre available in delhi for right now.

Being 2020 & the year of COVID 19, Bose has make some make shift arrangements to ensure the products requiring service can be dealt with. The wait seems to be long but Bose delivered to what they promised. Overall satisfied with the experience.
