Exclusive collection of Casio watches. Both men and women collection is available. Vintage Casio watches and modern collections are available. Car parking available in front of the showroom. Sales executives are pretty decent and helps in selecting the model. Best thing is if you like one model of watch call them prior, they will get it ready, don't want to wait or anything (for me I selected a watch before, called showroom enquired if it's available then went and collected, simple procedure moreover they will send you the pictures of the watch to your WhatsApp number if you're sure about the watch your going to get.)

Visited this place to get wrist watch strap replaced. Very helpful Technician (Shankar) & Sales Associate (Iyan) - who took the time to explain about few of the watches that were being sold. Polite & pleasant.

Very poor service, the manager Sanjay who was sitting in the cash counter, lots of mis communication form him, he is unfit to be a manager, who picked my call, my request is to get service for my keyboard as his advice I went to Jayanagar service center but there was disappointment on week ends the Jayanagar service center will be closed, after that I called him ( Casio Indiranagar showroom) he advice me to come for Indiranagar showroom later reached the location, a new problem occured, when I visited the showroom he said sorry we don't service keyboards in the showroom, later he sent me to MG road service center. Then him the staffs or fit to be a Manager, the staff who advice me was a great, he helped in this issue..

We are delighted with the service we received at their showroom both by Staff Iyan and the manager.... looking for a casio keyboard adapter I almost went to three different showroom all in vein. Iyan took this up and seemed for little time and promptly called me back for the adopter and happy billed this week. 5 Stars to Iyan . Will definitely recommend this showroom to my friends n family

I went there to adjust the chain length of casio edifice watch. They prompted properly and did the alteration within 10minutes. Very good behaviour from the staff. They do service also.
