I got my covid test done yesterday and have not received my reports yet,uts been 32 hours. I called them more than 50 times.. To confirm when will I receive the reports and they would say in 15 min or half n hour or by 8: 00 pm and so on. Now the lab is closed no body is answering the call.the person who conducted test us also not responding . Highly unprofessional services and no sense of responsibility towards covid tests.

Poor services... rude staff They do not have complete staff and the reception staff is rude. They don’t know how to talk to customers respectfully. They are short staffed. They asked me to wait 1.5 hours, as the person who does ECG would come late, even-though appointment was booked 5 days in advance, they did not make proper arrangements. Moreover the place looks unhygienic and there is water spillage on the floor. Go to somewhere hygienic and to someone professional.

I got my Complete Body profile tested at Chandigarh Diagnostic Lab in Mohali . It was an amazing experience as I have already tried many labs before all turned to be costly and not satisfying. But reports and timing by Chandigarh Diagnostic Laboratories is really good. The staff is very polite and helpful. They have collection at lab facility as well as home collection service is also available. I will definitely recommend to go there for any pathological examination.Best Pathology lab in mohali

Bad experience, they collect the money first saying waiting time is 30 minutes even if it is actually 2 hours. They made my father, a cardiac patient, go through this experience. Even worse, they were getting some electrical work done, with drill noise, making the clinic more crowded during corona time.

I recommend not to go here for any type of ultrasound. I am pregnant they provided me wrong report of ultrasound and blood that can lead to my miscarriage. Even they don't specify their degrees in report. Better you go to another place.
