This is a totally fraud company. I have paid 37000 in 2020 and since one year they dont reply to my emails and phone calls. all of their agent are also fraud, their number are also not reaching

Amazing hotel with wonderful facilities and Staff. The views are amazing, the rooms are luxurious and the overall experience is just beautiful and wonderful. The room services, including dining is also very great and as per the expectation . But besides this, absolutely magical place for wonderful vacation. Overall great experience with Countryard Imperial Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd. and Will come again as the staff was helpful throughout my trip.

This comany is fraud,literally fraud..4days ago,we called them to use the service forthe first time after payimg whole amount of the holiday package.And guess what,they answer the call and said that they call back after checking the details and after that from past 3 days we are calling and they are not picking up our phone.They are disgusting people.morons.

Awesome experience we had at East Bourne Resort (Shimla) with my family. Property is too good and ambiance also. We had dinner at the property also which was very delicious. I definitely recommend to others as well according to this experience. Thanks to Countryard as well to providing this property without any hesitation on a single request.
