Based on my experience with the Estate Office in Chandigarh I can confirm they are all extremely arrogant, monumentally inefficient and totally corrupt - rotten to the core. If you want to get any work done contact one of the dalals hovering around the area.

The place is central Administration of Chandigarh and also the property matters are death with in this place. Marriage registration, any work related to Tehsildar etc, senior citizens etc are undertaken in this building. Attestation of documents is also done by SDM for a fixed time of the day.
