Worst service in the whole world. I will give them zero or negative stars if I can. The staff at the cash counter has no idea what is going on. They are busy in their own world. My Grazia was ready on the same day and they didn't inform me and even when I called them they told me that your vehicle is not here means there is no vehicle of such details. The employee at the bill desk always remain absent.No matter at what time you visit the bill desk he will be absent and comes after 10-15 minutes. The other vehicles after my service no. got delivered on the same day. Thank God, this is the last free service of my vehicle and I will have not to face them again. Worst service, worst staff, worst management.

No one picking up calls on given number. Service delivery not on time and accurate. Delivery time not properly given by service center.

Do not purchase anything from here. Their after sales support is pathetic. For general servicing they ask to put Activa for 4 days. Do not go here. Or else you will regret a lot. One must avoid this place. We had taken AMC with them, when we go for servicing it seems they are just washing and giving back. No complains are addressed.
