The staff are kinda helpful if you're not there as a buyer and will half-heartedly point you in your way to the mechanic. Who on the other hand will probably be quite friendly as you are probably meeting a postgraduate engineering student at his/her first job. I recommend skipping the part where you ask for directions and go directly and see these guys below the building. Accessible through a flight of stairs inside on the right.

Ernakulam kundannor showroom customer service is very cheap and they dont know how to deal the customer . There is no manager and sales person for the customer inquiry. I wished to buy a new suzuki access but wen we reached there in the showroom the situation was too pathetic no one is there for dealing us. If this is the situation before buying a bike from this showroom then wat would be aftr buying ??????????

I gave my bike here for first service and it was OK. From second service onwards I began to face problems on my bike because of the careless and irresponsible behaviour of the staffs including the top level staffs.Two of my bike's components that does not cover in warranty was damaged due to the careless handling of service and now they are not willing to replace that components free of cost. And my problems are still not solved.
