Clean and spacious railway booking counter. Tatkal and general ticket booking available here. Parking facilities available. It is located on 1st floor Electronic City Police Station.

We've been waiting for a long time. The computer is hanged. The problem could be solved if they issued the staff a BRAND NEW UPDATED SYSTEM instead of a very very old one. I hope the higher authorities look up to this matter seriously. The system which the staff is using belongs to the 90s. Government offices should be developed.

Better place for booking railway ticket rather than going to very far Bangalore city railway station. Clean and less crowded place. On 1st floor. No parking issue here.

Nice to have reservation counter far away from city railway station for who like to buy from widow ticketing and don't wanna cancel after buying.

This place is almost crowded..because u get a ticket at fair price without giving commission to a external person ie mediator or any travel agency.. But its too deep inside from NH.
