One more fort made by the Kacchwahas this fort was made for keeping a watch over Amer fort, it was used by the forces, it has a state of art rain harvesting system. This fort is still under the control of the King and his flag can be seen on this fort. It haves the world's biggest Cannon. It weighs around 50 tonnes.

Jaigarh Fort is situated above the Amer Fort to do it's Protection. This fort was built by Jai singh II in 1726. This fort is also known as victory fort. This fort contains all the weapon and armoury for wars and trainings. It is very gigantic and contains all the defensive measures . It contains a Jaivana Cannon which weighs 50tons and only used once as a practice shot. The mahal consist of 9 water tanks under which all the treasure was secretly stored. This place have only one thing to watch that is the biggest cannon in the world according to that the ticket price is on higher side which is 100 for Indian adult and 50 for students, make sure to carry id card in case they ask you to show it. Most important thing to remember here, you can take your car to the top of the Fort and you don't have to buy a ticket for the driver there will be a 100 rupees charge for the car that include a driver entry fees, for example if you are three person in a car then you have to buy only two tickets and 100 rupess for the car entry that include the 3rd person ticket as driver. I didn't know about this our guide told me this which we hired for 50 rupess.

It is located along the Aravali Ranges in Jaipur and have lots of historical value associated to it. It is situated after Amer fort. You can get very nice view of back side of Amer fort from Jaigarh. There is an entry fee of Rs100. It is beautiful and very well maintained. There is a massive cannon(biggest one in the world) and fort museum. Visiting hours are till 5 pm. It is bit confusing to get to the top view. You can also witness nice and mesmerizing sunset. However beware of monkeys. On the way to the fort, you can also see very nice view of Jal Mahal.
