Good museum but now in worst condition. Most of the galleries are closed. Only 3 galleries on ground floor is open. Timing also should be increased for visitors as it closed on 5 pm. Staff is very good. Good thing about this museum is that you can see the original photo of Rani Laxmibai. The gallery on life of Rani Laxmibai is also good. Big Statues at Reception is also good. Garden and exhibits outside this museum is need to be maintain.

Liked it , neatly maintained. It fully talked about Jhansi Rani Lakshmi bhai from her childhood days up to she fought with British and succeeded. I was looking for some information about Jhansi before Rani Lakshmi Bhai which was not available in display area where tourists are allowed. The tickets are priced Rs.5 for Indians & Rs.25 for foreigner. Some of the displays have only Hindi description, English description along with Hindi would have helped foreigner to understand.

This museum is managed by government, so ticket rates are very less. This museum showcases the history about Jhansi, 1857 rebellion and Indian freedom movement around this place. Ticket charge is 5 rs and Camera charge is 20 rs. Some galleries are there which shows the paintings and sculptures from around area.

The museum is located near jeevan saha teeraya on Jhansi Fort road in front of Rani lakshmibai park. The museum is so beautiful, peace, excilent and spacious. Tha sixth and seventh ad old statue of lord budha and many Hindu God is present with high security. I visited this place twice with life remembering moment. You can also vsit the fort which is at a walking distance and spend some peace full time in park
