Security guards are there. Opens in four ways. Safe and clean . Bus stands are just there(towards airport , chinarpark Newtown and towards ultodanga em bypass , phoolbagan etc.)
Easy way to cross VIP road, no waiting time for signal
Moderately clean subway..remains crowded till late night.
Helpful for crossing roads obviously. You'll get a rickshaw and auto stand on either side. But I felt there has to be railings on both side, and also those sides need to be clean. Where there's a railing you can't hold them, the sides of the stairs are not being cleaned at all. Otherwise nice, lights and everything, fine.
This subway is for traffic and mob control
First of a kind was built near VIP road and now other subways look far better than thus one. Repairs are done but no beautification have been initiated.lights are working and security is present. Need more reconstruction.
A subway that was constructed to make pedestrian crossing easier over VIP road. However the subway is not maintained at all. It also becomes a den of unsocial activities at late night.
