Worst service, Non-friendly and irresponsible customer service executives. After sales service from this people is really worst. Suzuki needs to come up with more service centres. Better choose Yamaha or Bajaj pulsar bikes.

NOT AT ALL RELIABLE AND ZERO RESPONSIBLE. Booked a two wheeler one month before itself asking for delivery on a particular date bcoz it was a gift. Asked them again n again whether they could deliver it on the date itself because it was that important... N they assured it too that they can. And one week before the delivery I called them for further procedures n they said that it's out of stock n cannot provide it on the day THEN WHY THE HECK DID I HAD TO BOOK IT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH EARLY FOR A SCOOTER WHICH TAKE HARDLY A WEEK FOR NORMAL DELIVERY. They didn't even let me know that, I almost called them all the day. Leave the fact that THEY didn't let me know but they could have atleast inform me about it when I WAS CALLING THEM almost DAILY. if they could have done it then i could have went for good dealers than these people. And now since the birthday date is close n the RT office will be closed for Onam my plans are all spoilt THANKS TO VTJ THOPPUMPADY

Very bad behaviour of maintainer he told me he repair vechile next day upto 12 but he didn't touch it and to came next intolerance behaviour too bad service .if there is star in negative I will give it to them .suggest visit to other service centre of suzuki not to visit this.bigest mistake of my life

Worst customer service. Unfriendly and disappointing approach towards customers. And vehicle service is even worst.
