Amazing cooking classes. You’ll learn ALL the principles of Vegetarian Indian cuisine, from which you’ll be able to cook plenty of dishes back home. Meenu, her husband and daughter were very welcoming and made us feel like home. Highly recommend the class !! Namaste

I ate at the delicious pumpkin curry at the wonderful Queen Cafe, where I met Meenu who told me about her cooking. The next day I met her at her clean, well-organized kitchen. She taught me the basics of Indian cooking using beautiful spices and fresh foods. Her technique is simple and easy to remember. We made chai, moong dal, potato and peas curry, chapati, plain paratha and stuffed paratha. It was fun and informative. Meenu is a lovely teacher and full of enthusiasm for cooking.
