Have visited for big sized carpet and curtain... Plenty of options found with competitive rate...staffs are so cooperative... They are active listeners of your choice and will keep showing you all the options they have... Totally impressed.

I had an appalling experience with MO furnishings. We ordered curtains, and although they initially came out and installed them quickly. The installation was very poor with half of the curtains falling off of the track or impossible to open, and the curtains were not correctly sized. Who walks away and leaves a job like that? It took them over 3 months (of rescheduling or flat out not showing up) to get back with properly sized curtains, and at that point we were told that there was nothing that they could do about the curtains falling off of the track and the difficult to open curtains. Finally they came back after I told them that we would not recommend their services to anyone, and they said that they would now be able to fix the wonky curtains. At that point it had been 4 months, and I had already found someone else to fix the issue, and it was too little, too late. I wasn't even sure if they would show up when they said they would after our shared history. They will do a poorly done job with a lot of time consuming back and forth, and potentially not turning up to to do the job that they have said they would. I do not recommend this company.

If people of Gurgaon had any more options, nobody would give them business the second time. They are that bad when it comes to customer service and basic courtesy. The management cares the least and it all flows down to the staff who are equally arrogant. Hope they realise soon what negative goodwill they are building by their behaviour. I overheard one of the owners (who has white curly hair) and treats himself like a pseudo intellectual. He was saying to one of this people in pride that ultimately the customers will buy from his showroom because there are no other options in Gurgaon.
