Very Good Place for Knowing History of "DANDI MARCH". Well displayed text and photos. But please visit either morning or evening. The whether is extremely hot and humid in summer afternoons. Takes about 1 hour for the whole visit.

If you are a history buff and a fan of Mahatma Gandhi then this place is really good. I don't recommend this place for kids as there's nothing fun to do. You can turn around and click pictures. But nothing that great or anything entertaining especially for the kids.

A serene, clean place with a very significant place in Indian history. I would say the best time to visit is evening sometime before sunset. The place has a good historical description of the Dandi March and the beginning of Civil Disobedience Movement in the form of panels. The lake just adds to the beauty. However, in recent times the visit to Dandi beach nearby is prohibited which is unfortunate. The ticket prices are worth it. Definitely worth visiting along with Dandi Beach if possible

Well the place is fine. Just that there is no facility of tea or snacks. Plus the beach was closed when we went so no point. And yes the entry fees is just 20 rupees so can't complain
