The staff is very courteous. They will help you in every possible way while your journey to buy a new bike , but TILL BEFORE YOU BUY. I am (and I think at 10 more) still waiting for the HSRP NUMBER PLATE fitted in bike. Bike is almost due for first service both from time duration perspective. Hope I cleared my point. But alas we have only one option available in Kolkata. Hence, think twjce before buying
