Excellent !!! That's the way to describe it. I have been consulting Dr. Jayakrishnan since 2018 and its always been a pleasant experience. The one unique thing about him is his ability to relate to your emotions. He is calm and composed and listens to the problem completely. Appointments are well scheduled so that he spends quality time with every patient. Is never in a hurry to get to the next patient. His diagnosis is spot on and prognosis covers long term and short term recovery actions. The best part is that he makes you feel comfortable and removes the panic bit with which we go to him. His communication style is simple and straight without any dramatics. I referred a relative who avoided an unnecessary surgery after consulting him which does speak volumes about this ethics. Thank you Doc !!!

Been visiting doctor Pillai for a few years now for my foot that underwent surgery and more recently my back pain issues. He’s a great doctor, always makes sure to take enough time to make the patient feel secure with whatever the diagnosis is. Makes you completely understand the issue at hand, and is extremely genuine, there is no chance of extra unnecessary medicines or diagnosis, with him. Also I must mention how clean and hygienic the clinic was and how they were taking full precautions for the patients benefit as well theirs, amongst the pandemic. Great!

Let me share my experience with Dr Jayakrishna pillai. I started seeing doctor for my neck pain (year 2015) which was for C5 disc pushing into my nerve, Which led to neck pain. Doctor provided me medication and physiotherapy, its been 6 years and i am able to manage it. Doctor being honest had advised me not to go for surgery (not many doctors would do that). Doctor has performed two surgeries on my right knee. First one was bone grafting in preparation for ACL reconstruction for the 2nd time as the first ACL failed when i met with a two wheeler accident. (First ACL surgery was done in tokyo year 2014). Most impressive thing about doctor was the effort he put in to analyse the previous ACL and the decision he made to go for bone grafting surgery as without it the 2nd ACL wouldn't last. And he has ensured the stability of knee by putting in more support so that knee is safe from extra rotation. Apologies for the long post but i wanted to share all my experience with such an amazing doctor. Thank you again Doctor for all your help.
