Really very bad experience. Coustomer service is zero. I entered in showroom and no one even have time and take intrest to entertain the coustomer. No doubt Nissan cars are improving now a days but Nissan have to look their coustomer service also. Please improve it... NAHI TO INDIAN CAR MARKET ME BACHI KUCHI IJJAT BHI LUT JAYGI

Highly unprofessional staff and pathetic customer service experience, they charge more money in the price list with several unnecessary charges which other Nissan dealers from Gujarat special sg highway Ahmedabaddon't do. Magnite is one good model which is currently high in demand but the way Customer gets treatment from this store is ruining the brand Image.

If you want to buy NISSAN car than make sure you don't buy from this Showroom sg highway. As you have to pay more money Compare to other Nissan showrooms in Gujarat. I have booked Magnite in December and I checked several review on YouTube where I came to know how dealers are charging more money from customers on the name of unnecessary charges. Which I refused to pay then they become sales executive to goons and started abusing and beating and then I have to call the police as situation was so extreme. My Advise DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Poor service

Booked a test drive online. Got a call this morning frm titanium square showroom in ahmedabad. Waiting here since 20min unattended. The number frm which i gt a call is not being answered. No wonder i dont see many nissans on road.

Regret my decision of booking Magnite from PURE NISSAN Ahmedabad , the worst customer care. Am afraid of after sales service. Mr Parth, did our booking in December 2020 with a promise that he would call me for a test drive, but he never bothered to call. Instead I called him after 2 months of booking and asked him on a test drive. It seems his duty is to collect money only. Till date I don't know when I will get delivery nor they are aware of. Further, I strongly disagree on some charges which should be discretionary on customers and shouldn't be forced upon vis a vis accessories Rs 12000 and logistics charges of Rs 7500 ? seems it's from an agency and not from NISSAN. I have worked with Japanese company overseas for over 9 years and this is not the way they work, Nissan is known for quality couldn't believe the unprofessional approach extended by their channel partners. Nissan has quality standards for customer handling , seems PURE NISSAN hasn't implemented or not following. I regret my decision, and wish to repent by asking for refund of deposit amount.

1.The response from booking department of Nissan magnite was very poor. Seemed that they could not manage the unexpected response to new magnite. It was chaotic 2. During booking, I gave booking amount by cheque and necessary id proof. I specifically told the booking person that I want car on my birthday in first week of February. I was assured that I will get delivery by Jan end of first week of Feb. 3. Till end of January there was no response from them. I used to call and find about delivery date. They could not tell and said it will take longer. I requested a test drive and I was not satisfied with test drive. They did not bother to take my feed back there and then. I told them I may cancel new magnite due to two reasons first test drive and second not being able by then to deliver car in time. 4. Now when requested for refund of booking amount, even after one week time, they are unable to process the refund. 5. National helpline if you call, company executive don't pick up phone for complain. They will surely pick up for me booking
