DONOT buy Racold products as they will charge you Rs350 visiting charge. No good brand charges service charge. Better by jaguar products. Bought 6pcs of racold 25 litre geysers from local store in gurgaon. One of the product was incorrectly installed by the technician as the racold product didn't have any markings of inlet and outlet. It only had blue and red sleeves which can be interchanged. I Called them for repairs 2 days after purchase, they sent a technician who charged me Rs350/- just to tell me that the pipes needs to be interchanged. What a third class company. I have a requirement of 23 pcs of geysers and I am NEVER ever going to buy Racold product ever again.
