I had an extremely bad experience with the owner and his delivery staff. I will NOT recommend this business. Don't buy anything from them otherwise you will regret! We purchased some marble counter tops from here. The owner was rude and I gave him benefit of doubt. I paid the full amount and also paid him full advance for delivery. He promised that his staff will deliver it to our home and every thing will be smooth. His delivery people (3 guys) called atleast 5 times and complained how much they hate driving! When they arrived they said that they will not unload the marble and we need to do it by us! After that they started yelling, screaming and cursing. Then they threatened to drop the marble on the road and leave. After that I called the owner and the owner said: this is the way how labour behaves and therefore, I should give them extra money. We had to beg his labour to unload it from their truck. If you buy anything from here, remember that the owner will charge delivery in advance and then his labour will behave like Gundas with you. If you buy anything from here, NEVER pay anything in advance for delivery. If he asks any money/advance for delivery either you don't do business with him or only pay AFTER the delivery. Also, remember that his staff/labour is few Gundas that he uses to get more money. Just be extremely careful if you ever purchase anything from this business.
