I have purchased hero passion pro in July 3rd from SHIVA AUTOMOBILES SRI SAI NAGAT KUKATPALLY HYDERABAD .. after 2nd service my bike engine used to get off regularly at the time of clutch operated at speed breaker or turning or suddenly in traffic.. due to this prob I even had a minor accident and bike got Damaged .. the same also informed to show room people ... and also I3s function not working ... for this I went regularly to the showroom and also mentioned them at the time of free services .. but no use .. till now problem not rectified.. for which I am getting irritated and mental torture .. what’s the use of buying new bike by spending nearly 90000/- rupees .. plz Look into the matter and do the needful ... I think there are no B6 trained professional in SHIVAA AUTOMOBILES .. Sri Sai nagar kukaypally , Hyderabad

Worrest experience .. No one is talking responsibly. No has experience in mechanic... The staff don't know even how to talk with customers. The person who is sitting on the service counter his name is \Naresh\ He was very rude ... Owner or manager of this showroom should take immediate action on this.. I will send the email to the CEO of Hero
