This place has good architecture and has some location benifit also as it is nearby shovabazar metro. Only thing i don't like about this place is that is not well maintained as it has to be. And one more thing here many bengali serials/shows scene's are filmed here and many cultural shows are also organises.

This place is located on North Kolkata at Sovabazar area..this is a very famous as well as an ancient establishment here in this city of joy..one of the famous as well as crowded place at the time of durga puja (it host one of the oldest durga puja in the city, which started its journey from the early British era)..it continues to maintaining its own tradition..nowadays its a very famous and pleasant adda zone for the young generation at the time of durga puja (specially ashtami evening)...

Shobhabazar Rajbari Natmandir. Located beside the rajbari, the natmandir was established in 1830 (around 70 years after the Rajbari came into existance). It normally remains closed. Today was able to visit it as part of an event.

I love this place in my very first visit.. impression of old calcuttas culture bonedi structure seens clearly that you can feel how sofisticate bengalis are that time.. Now people use this property use for occasions, event and cultural programs.. Capasity 300 people.. This pic also from a event called #Tunes_of_colony by Eastbengal ultras for Eastbengal club fans..

Shobha Bazar Rajbari is the residential palace of the zamindars of the village of Sutanuti in the early-British raj era, when the city of Kolkata did not even exist! It is located on the Raja Naba Krishna Deb Road, named after Raja Naba Krishna Deb, one of the influential kings of this house. The place is a heritage one and it is renowned for the celebration of Durga Puja every year here. This is the Natmandir, which hosts Durga Puja.
