Nice place to take a walk in morning hours if your hotel is near by. You get good views of the the Taj from couple of points in the park. This park has many peacocks and birds so you may carry your binoculars.

Best place in agra if you want a place where you can sit with your love ones with the beauty of Taj Mahal this is the one.

This place is nice for the view of Taj Mahal. You will not get the perfect view from here but easily you can see the dome. This park is almost empty most of the time. Only you can find some love birds in the corners, so this means it is not good for the family. Ticket Price is INR 40 for Indians.
