Very poor service no one pick up the phone. We have purchase music system bt remort is not working i did complain against it. But no reponse. If anyone know plz lets me know

Visited the place post covid for my bose truly sound sport.. They have kept the product and said it will take a month approx. Not a satisfied customer.

I contacted the support team around 2 months ago & told them about the headphone problem that I had been facing. They told me to dispatch the headphones & it was received by them on 21 July. It took them almost a week to open the package & contact me back. Turns out, pretty much all the Bose service centres were closed in India at that time & the all the problems & complaints accumulated during the COVID period all over the country were being forwarded to two centres- one of which is this. Overloaded with all sorts of complaints, it took them a while to respond. It even took them almost 10 more days to dispatch the replacement headphones since the ones I was having problems with were out of stock. Gurpreet ma'am explained the situation to me. She was kind & cordial during the entire process. I see a lot of people complaining & giving it 1 star because of the delays, but know that the pandemic has messed up everything and many accessories in all sorts of stores have been out of stock. Using the new headphones since the past one month & it feels perfect! Don't be fooled by the recent negative feedbacks. The customer service of Bose is excellent & I would definitely recommend this brand over others.

This is a collection center. Actual service center at Gurgaon does not respond. It's more than 1 month. No update yet. Boes support is worst in india.
