We had a very bad experience with this packaging company. Initially Mr.Bala the manager pretended to be very professional, but later he never ever bothered to answer my call nor come to the spot. Promised to send his guys by 10 an. They reached at 1.30pm. From then on in the name of packing and shifting they caused damage to my things. They promised of dismantling fans, TV, geysers and RO unit. But failed in doing it saying they didn't bring the required instrument. But I had to pay the said service charges to them, which was full rs.6000.

All together is thirumalai packers and movers. The manager named bala came n gave the quote and never responded again. This is my fourth time iam hiring these people. Till last year a guy called Rajaganapathi was there who handled things efficiently. Totally it was a heck. They told they wil come by 10 am but they came 12.30 noon. Poor quality and unprofessional way of handling. Glasses were broken. Battery acid got split in the floor. TV was poorly packed.

The best service and caring service. Staffs are very responsive and took almost care. Staffs have good patience. Will prefer only these guys in future too.

One of the best team in Salem. I actually went ahead and booked one other packers who ditched me in the last minute. Thirumalai packers and movers came as a saviour who packed and moved all without any hastle. Best team and more trust worthy. Not one has missed or broken. I would definitely give a Five

Thirumalai packers and movers is not trustable .they are giving all false information and that workers not professional what ever there they will put inside,they won't ask this is useful or not.My packing time they put garbage also in the box.Finally that managar Bala very worst person he never attempt calls,once he given quotation he never attempt cal. For my house shifting time they told 2- 3 days we will do delivery. But in reality it taken 30days and this not all india service,for another state they will give to another couriers because of that our items will damage...

I used this service 2 months back. I am not satisfied. They pack just like that for all the households. Sensitive materials cannot be handled properly by them and i had to spend lot for my damaged households later. Office tables, rolling chairs etc were arranged and moved just like that and got few scratches in tables too. Must improve the packing service professionally. And also the charges were more up to my view.
