I am daughter of employee who was working with Vertex Logistics Pvt Ltd. My father passed away in the year 2017 and the owner of Vertex promised to give Full and Final settlement of my father working more than 5-6 yrs in the company. Till today i havent received any fnf amount nor the Provident Fund number or UAN no is provided by the employer. I have been calling the employer everyday more than 100 times in a day but there is no response. I am helpless now to take a legal action against the employer and the company. Because i have been communicated by the employer that the company Vertex Logistics Pvt ltd has been sealed by the bank. No response on calls & msgs, no fnf, no PF. Visited office thrice last year, everytime promised by the employer to pay next week but 3 years now next week has not come yet. This was only way of communicating so i did. If not received the amount n PF soon will take legal action and need the amount with interest.
