If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I feel robbed of my money and time. We went to this place for my wedding kankotri, fell in love with a design, eventually chose them to print my kankotri. It took 1.5 months to get them to correctly format my kankotri. They refused to show us a copy of the kankotri, even when we asked for a sample. We finally got the kankotri shipped to the US, the card pages are not the same size, the cover slip is glued wrong and most of them were stuck together, they came dirty, and the envelopes were dented in shipping. The most important thing, they lied about gold lettering, we were told the main titles were to be in gold, when we got our kankotri, it was all one single color. When I called the owner he said that it was a special service that takes 3 months to complete, he would have told us that if he was there when we first went. But we had many phone conversations with him, his wife, and one of his formatters-none of whom told us that was a special service. I have sent them pictures of the packaging and damaged products, no one has responded. Completely unprofessional. I will never ever refer anyone to them or get anything else made by them. Stay away.
