Worst blood bank I've ever seen ...... They ask for extra storage charges with out notifying the customers and they're behaviour towards customers is very rude ...... I rated it one star because I no other choice to give them zero if possible I would rate the -10 .... And important thing is the lady in the reception insulted me that I don't even have a 100 bugs very bad behaviour
