Very high level Officers of the plant have their office located here.Works general office is located in between lime plant and Coke plant. It has a car and bike parking area. Much Box (canteen) is located here on 2nd floor. It also has a gymnasium.

The building consists of the Human Resource department related to general work of the plant, a small restraunt (the munch box), more of a canteen is present here on the 2nd floor where one can pay and eat snacks, breakfast lunch and dinner. It also houses many other offices.
