I bought upright piano JX113T 9 months back, the piano have vibration sound since the day I bought and they are not fixing it even if it's under warrenty. No response from service team, nor from sales team and the head office person not responding. This place is full of jokers. No good technician. No proper tuner for piano. Who the hell is running this business in India. All 5 star reviews are fake. Dont believe them.
