The staff couldn't give a reasonable explanation for a repaired product and they deny that my warranty won't cover for two years inspite of having a valid warrenty proof.

Got my worn-out bluetooth headset which was under warranty replaced with new device. Person taking care of the centre is cool and handles clients with ease. But we don't get any updates via SMS or mail or any slip for the service. We have to note the number somewhere and followup with the service centre after 20 working days. They don't call you or update. The lifts are not functioning properly and elderly people are advised to be well prepared to reach the centre located at 4th floor.

Since I am trying to contact the service center for the whole day no response from there. But the connection is busy and ringing. worst responsible in the service center. Ungaluku 1 star kudu kuduka kudadhu but review kuduka accessible 1 star podhum unaku.

Worst experience..... Please don't waste your time by Visiting here, they won't even consider you as a customer.... And mainly they won't repair products bought in online (Amazon, Flipkart....) And you can't claim warranty for products bought in online.....
