I had purchased a bike PM0004 in 2013 and i am v happy with the purchase .Excellent customer service received whenever required from the service provider.Mr Dhivik Reddy Director of Gogreen soft spoken person & always helped us through out with our queries. Shiva helped me out with the regular services & (repairs). Happy and will recommend Gogreen bikes, awaiting for their new model bike which they will be launching next year.

The company is an old company which has been in existence for the last many years. The people in the company are helpful. I asked them as to why do they have bad reviews on google , they did mention to me that they were not operational at the site for a long time and they had used this space as a service center. Managing was difficult. My honest opinion of them, I have been in the battery business for the last 7 years but the amount of learning and understanding that i got talking to the people there for around 1 hour was overwhelming and it really showed to me as to challenges companies will have to go through to get the product right. I did do an advance payment as well for the product for the time that they took to explain to me about the products. I have tested other products in the market ( competitors ) but this company surely knows what they are selling. I suggest you must visit

I bought a bike (kohra) from this co. Though the scooter is good but i am cheated. They sold me on a condition that i will get back Rs.7500(they have given me a proper letter also) as subsidy but for the past 5 years i am still waiting for it. I purchased for 39,500 and supposed to get back 7.5k. Very bad experience I have spoken with the Director and he explained me clearly the sequence of events. It was actually Govt to reimburse me which they havent as yet. Anyway i buying another one since the earlier one is 5 years old and going to give it to someone. I am buying because of the product quality and affordable I have ordered a new bike and got delivery. I must tell such a beautiful experience riding this vehicle, absolutely smooth, noiseless, great pickup and comfort. Morethan anything value for money. I thank the director for taking his personal time and care.

The vehicle is good, no doubt about that. I have been using for almost 4 years and it is still running fine. But any machine will have some problems that requires repairs and servicing. Service center is very poor. Being the only service center in the city, we travel long distances to get it repaired or serviced. Most of the time, mechanics are not there in the center. The neighbors keep saying that they have gone out, are on leave, will come after three hours, etc etc. Worse thing is no one picks up the call. They give free advice to call before coming, but what is the use in calling when none picks up the call? Two times I went, waited for hours and could not see a single person to check the vehicle, always getting vague excuses that people have not yet returned from their festival, gone to repair somewhere else, etc. Even when people are there, it takes hours to get a simple thing checked. One one earlier occasion, I had to keep the vehicle there for more than a week for a simple servicing. Being a vehicle repair center, they have limited set of tools and all keep waiting for spanner and screw driver if one of them is using them. I agree it is a small company and we do not expect them to have fancy gadgets like in bike and car service centers. But even the basic repairing also is not there, the service is worse than roadside mechanic shops. Unfortunately, the regular bike mechanics do not even try to repair a battery vehicle, which is why we are forced to make time and travel till the Jayadeva Hospital even for small things. It is the duty of the management to keep atleast one person in the center when others are out for repairs on the roads. Very sorry to say, though the vehicles are good, service is extremely shoddy!

The CEO of this company has defaulted supplier' payment for half year and never gave any feedback . What a rogue behavior !!! Terrible company !!!
