Hisar, India
Shastri Nagar

Good for kids
Architecture somehow brings around nostalgia but that doesn't last long enough owing to the Bus Stand located in close proximity. Also, despite being a UNESCO Site, the area hasn't been managed properly. A lot could be done to make it a beautiful tourist attraction. Overall, a one day trip is just fine for it.

A palace having many monuments. Ruins of a royal palace, constructed in red brick, starting in 1354, by a Firoz Shah for his wife Gujri. Its construction was completed in 1356 and stands on a massive rectangular platform.
