I bought jupiter from here. And also did 1st free service from here only but for that they took extra money and said they need to pay that to tvs authorised service center. Now i did 2nd service from tvs authorised service center and there i got to know that my 1st service not yet registered and for 2nd service amount is also very less. So be aware.

"Worst experience" The back office team talks very rudely and disrespectfully with there customer's. Last month I have purchased TVS Ntorq Race edition from them. They don't provide proper accessories. Parking cover of the vehicle is of cheap quality and very short. Regarding insurance, They have tied up with GO Digit insurance firm, Jayna motors charges insurance fees but provide you very low quality insurance. They don't explain anything regarding the insurance. Automatically the company gives you insurance which of 50% claim value. Rest 50% customer has to pay from there pocket. You can pay little extra money to authorized dealers and get good service. But don't ever buy anything from Jayna Motors. Highly Unprofessional.

NEVER EVER BUY TWO WHEELER FROM THIS DEALER. VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. RECENTLY PURCHASE HONDA ACTIVA 5G ON 6TH DEC 2019. AFTER 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE THEIR WAS A NOISE FROM THE ENGINE. VISITED HONDA SERVICE CENTER THEY CONFORM THEIR IS SOME MAJOR ISSUE WITH THE ENGINE SOME PART IS TO BE REPLACE AND IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO BE REPLACE. WE AS A CUSTOMER PURCHASE SCOOTER/ BIKE FOR ARE CONVENIENCY TO CUT THE TRAVEL TIME. NOW THE SCOOTER WILL BE IN SERVICE CENTER FOR DAYS. I HAVE TO BEARER THE LOSSES FOR IT. A NEW SCOOTER WITHIN 15 DAYS IS FACING SUCH ISSUE. AS A CUSTOMER I INFORMED THE DEALER (JAYNA MOTORS) ABOUT THE ISSUE. I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE OWNER ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT MY ISSUE. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL THEIR FAULTY MOTORBIKE AND FOOL PEOPLE. PLEASE THINK BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THEM.
