I had purchased a 2 kg food packet for an adult dog. The packet was torn but the shop very conveniently put a sticker of their shop right over the tear thus hiding it from sight. Today I found insects in the food and so I examined the packet from inside and found the packet was torn underneath the sticker. Is it a coincidence that the sticker was right above the tear? I doubt it. Anyway, they need to maintain better standards.

I visited the Karol Bagh branch and the location is congested. However, the place has a variety of things for pets ranging from basic utilities, toys, doctor, spa etc. The stuff is couteous and friendly. There is a major problem of parking. I would def like to visit the Gurgaon branch.

I took my Lhasa for grooming she has a soft coat but the shampoo they used made her hair very dry n so they tangled i had to cut her hair this was my second bathing experience with them n I am very disaapointed .

Have been taking my baby since 2 years now. They really know what they are doing. Very skilled workers , my baby is always comfortable and at ease when getting his grooming done . I feel very cost effective as well. Plus , being in Karol bagh , I get to shop when my doggo is getting pampered in a state of the art facility. U can even indulge in cute dresses and stuff for our fur babies
