We aim to understand the development capabilities of adolescents’ and the impact of biases on their experiences. Through comprehensive workshops focused on economic, and health and psychosocial empowerment, we develop areas of focus, and drive innovative change strategies which transform adolescents into skilled and informed adults. By emphasising on family and community participation (on which adolescents depend upon) in our workshops, we will maximize our impact by creating long-term and sustainable programming, and a balanced approach to nurturing adolescents.
