I have had to send my car for service 12 times in the past 3 months! The warning light comes on, for which I send it to the showroom service centre. It comes back supposedly fixed with a "permanent" Solution from Ford, and within a days, the light comes on again. If I give my car to service at Every time they take 2 to 3 days., it's really irrutate to me. Maybe sivakasi ford company man's damaged them brand name.

The show room is good but the workshop service takes more time for a simple repair , actually there is a facility of servicing only three cars at a time. Even though the problem is very minor we have to wait for about 5 to 6 hours to get it ready. I say this because of my personal experience once when I went to Sivakasi from Tirunelveli my car had a oil leak from the clutch pedal we consulted a nearby workshop and found that the clutch M/C unit is damaged and we found this workshop those guys in the workshop even don't know does the spare part is available or not and made us to wait for 2 hours and after that they informed that they had a spare. Even after finding the spare they made us to wait for another 3 hours and at last I got the car after 5 and half hours, but the service for the car is good but customers can't tolerate them wasting their precious time so take care of it.

During my travel to Tirupati, my fiesta experienced a critical rear wheel bearing issues and went to Akshaya Ford Sivakasi. The highlight was that the service support members are really amazing and very supportive. Only hurdle was mapping needs improvement and the location need to be effectively saved. Key points : * Highly skilled and well informed advisor. * Staffs are customer friendly. * Very quick in resolving issue and delivering car on time. * Readily available parts. * Provided an extra care and even gave an overall checkup of car as they came to know that I was in a long drive.️ " HIGHLY RECOMMENDED " Special mention - Mr Ganesh and his technical team. The showroom setup requires a bit more upgradation for a complete showroom feel. (Eg : water dispenser, covered customer lounge, etc )
