On 23rd March I visited to your service center Kanav Motor regarding the problem of my vehicle (Ford Figo HR51BF7742) AC cooling while standing car. Your foreman and mechanic check the car, after checking they told me that connector (coupler) of fan need to be change I said okay and they changed that coupler. After that they told me that my car readirtore fan need to be changed. After your service centre I visited to my mechanic where i always visit for my car work, there I repeat the same problem that I am facing this problem and company told me to change the fan. My mechanic check the car and he found that there is a problem in Radiator fan rejistance. (Fan Speed Controller) he changed that part after that there is not a single problem in my car. So my experience is not good as I was expecting with Ford that's why I always prefer my car work to my outside mechanic instead of your service center. Thank you Sunil Kumar
