One of worst experience and unskilled manpower, Rectification of fault seems far from their reach even could not able to inform what is issue, Lock showing open so i visited Novely Ford but they charged more than 900 Rs, They are just making money by making us fool.Earlier i faced AC problem after service but assumed that is human error but after today incident i am damn sure they are wrong choice to visit.if u have no money to waste than avoid there service centre.

I liked everything about the showroom. The staff is young and really stays with you all the time. Kept asking us for water, tea, coffee till the time we were there. The manager was really good and tried his best to get us a deal. Even test drive was a smooth experience. Alas our budget was a little lower else we would have surely booked the Freestyle.

worst ever experience of buying the car (Ford Endeavour). The car did'nt started on the first ignition, and staff was not even accepting their mistake. On that the way of thier talking is so pathetic. Please don't ever buy any car from them in any circumstance whatsoever. I wish i could rate them in negative.
